Maintain Customer Service
The Entry Recognition System provides a higher level of security, whilst ensuring the Operator is in a proactive position to maintain customer service.
During slow customer traffic / high risk periods, it is likely the Operator is undertaking up-keep tasks either in the retail chamber or in cool/store rooms. During this period it is important to ensure entry to the Retail Chamber occurs in a controlled manner, such that the Operator is aware of the need to provide service and/or avoid being taken by surprise by an offender.
The Entry Recognition System, once activated, combines remote door locking devices, audible warning devices, service entry door lock control with external detection devices. These external devices pre-warn the Operator an imminent entry requirement exists. This pre-alert enables the Operator to return to the secured service counter environment and deactivate the system, minimising any potential entry delay experienced by the customer. Controlled, yet efficient customer entry results, whilst ensuring the Operator is secured at the service counter.
Improved Usability
The single control, along with the efficiency of operation regarding the service counter access door, improves usability.
